RationalAI Pte. Ltd. ("RationalAI", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA") and the advisory guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (the "PDPC"). It applies to personal data collected through this website, our enquiry forms and the course of providing our services.
1. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details — full name, business email address and telephone number.
- Enquiry details — the solution of interest, preferred consultation date, team size, indicative budget and the contents of any message you send us.
- Engagement information — information you share with us during workshops, scoping and the delivery of decision support and rule-based AI projects.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purposes for which we use personal data
We collect, use and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide requested information;
- scope, deliver, support and improve our decision support, rule-based AI, structured analysis and compliance logic services;
- manage our client relationships, contracts and invoicing in Singapore dollars;
- maintain the security, integrity and proper functioning of our website; and
- comply with applicable laws, regulations and lawful requests by public authorities.
3. Consent
By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of that data for the purposes set out in this Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Where you provide us with personal data about another individual, you confirm that you have obtained their consent for us to process that data in line with this Policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site secure and analyse site traffic. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the site may not function as intended. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, in line with the Transfer Limitation Obligation.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws, accounting and contractual obligations. When personal data is no longer required, we will cease to retain it or anonymise it in a secure manner.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, consistent with the PDPA's Protection Obligation.
9. Accuracy and access
We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data we hold is accurate and complete. Under the PDPA you may request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable time and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests where permitted.
10. Your rights under the PDPA
