RationalAI was founded in 2017 at Asia Square Tower 1 in Marina Bay, Singapore. We set out to help organisations move beyond opaque scoring models toward decision systems that anyone can read and trust.

From our offices in the heart of the CBD, we work with banks, insurers, healthcare providers, logistics operators and public agencies across the APAC region — with delivery teams that also draw on talent from One-North, Jurong East and Changi Business Park.

Our teams stay small and senior. Every engagement is led by experienced reasoning specialists who remain accountable from the first workshop through to production handover and ongoing support, designing for Singapore's PDPA and the realities of regulated industries.
